Statistically, rollator users fall once a year - that doesn't have to happen! As a rollator manufacturer, it is therefore very important to us to teach users how to use the rollator correctly and to practise with them. Because only those who know their rollator and are practised in sitting down and standing up, overcoming obstacles and driving on different surfaces, will enjoy using the rollator! Safety in use also means a more independent and self-confident life. We at Saljol support you in this with our concept "Rollator Mobility".

Here's what you can expect from the campaign day:

Physio exercises

Our physiotherapist Katharina has developed special exercises - join in and strengthen your muscles for more safety on the rollator.

Course

Drive through the course with your rollator and practise overcoming thresholds and obstacles and turning around with your rollator in confined spaces.

Technical check

Even a rollator needs to be serviced from time to time - we check your rollator and show you how to take good care of it yourself. This way you ensure more safety - every day!

Rollator licence

Congratulations! At the end of the course, you will receive your rollator licence, a booklet with exercises and tips on rollator care to take home with you.

Fit with a rollator - this is how it works

Are you curious about the exercises you can do to keep fit on a rollator? Then take a look at the exercises our physiotherapist has put together for you here. On the rollator, get set, go!

And please always make sure that you only do the exercises you feel comfortable with. And only do as much as your current condition allows.
